Job Description:

Executive Assistant supporting a Founder/CEO across two regulated businesses (aviation and pharmaceutical).

Prior direct CEO support and financial Financial Fluency required.

This is a hands-on, team-oriented organization where titles do not define contribution. The right candidate is comfortable working across all levels of the company, works effectively across all levels of the organization assisting with executive operations, financial coordination, and strategic projects.

Responsibilities:

Interface with the CFO regarding financial reporting.
Compile financial and operational reports for CEO review.
Track completion of CEO directives.
Maintain organization within the CEO’s office during travel.
Manage CEO's calendar, priorities, and daily workflow.

Requirements:

Applicants without direct CEO support experience will not be considered.
5+ years supporting a Founder, CEO, or senior executive.
Financially literate and able to understand P&L statements, cash flow reporting, and key operating metrics.
Sound judgment with appropriate escalation awareness.
Highly organized, discreet, and accountable.
